The Bluestone Tavern is West Sayville’s best gathering place to grab some food and beer with friends and family! Featured as One of The Top 10 Gastropubs on Long Island by Newsday.com, The Bluestone Tavern assumes the place of 21 Main Steakhouse, maintaining much of the culinary tradition and influences of 21 Main, but with an updated, pub friendly vision.

Our mission in transitioning from 21 Main Steakhouse and opening The Bluestone Tavern was to provide a place for people to gather over shared plates and casual drinks—to create a more relaxed atmosphere while maintaining quality, affordable food and drink. The new bluestone countertops, for which we are named, are joined by several new updates that have transformed the space from upscale dining room to a more casual pub dining experience. In bringing this exciting vision to life, we have created a menu that is diverse and delicious, where you will be sure to find something to pair with one of our 14 beers on draught or a selection from our curated drink menu (or you could just go with a burger, we think ours are pretty good).
